Booking, Refunds & Policies

Thank you for choosing Atamela Tours. Please review the information below before making your booking.

Booking Requirements

• A minimum of 2 guests is required for all tour bookings.

• Tours are subject to availability and must be confirmed before payment is made.

• Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred travel dates.

• Custom itineraries may require additional planning and confirmation.


Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date unless otherwise agreed.

• Confirmation will be provided once payment has been received.


Tour Availability

• Tours operate throughout the year and are subject to guide availability.

• Availability is confirmed once your enquiry has been reviewed.

• Guests are encouraged to contact us in advance to discuss preferred dates and itinerary requirements.


Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable.

• Changes requested within 24 hours of departure may not be accommodated.

• All cancellation deadlines are based on the local tour time.


Health & Safety

• Guest safety and comfort remain our highest priority.

• Guests should ensure they are physically able to participate in their selected activities.

• Atamela Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.


Liability

• Guests participate in tours at their own risk.

• Atamela Tours is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, travel delays, weather disruptions, accidents, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.

• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal valuables throughout the tour.


Travel Documents

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, identification documents, and any other required travel documentation.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.


Accommodation

• Accommodation is not included unless specifically stated in the tour package.

• Guests are welcome to arrange their own accommodation.

• Recommendations can be provided upon request.
